Room 212 - Sunday Night

Meg was laying on her bed with her computer in her lap. Every once in a while she looked up at the CFD marathon playing on the TV. She was browsing through the Victoria's Secret website, looking to buy something for herself. Okay, it was more like buying a gift for Dean but she'd be the one wearing it. Ah, murder shows and lingerie. Now there's a good mix.

Spending some of her more formative years living in the Clocktower back in Gotham had taught Cassandra that there were always interesting things on computer screens. After opening the door, she paused to take things in. Then she moved to look over Meg's shoulder, trying to catch a glimpse of the screen. "Whatcha looking at?"

"Oh um," Meg blushed wildly. "I was just, um, looking at stuff. For me."

"I was thinking about getting this." she said, turning the screen to show Cassandra. She was still blushing. She didn't know why she was blushing. It was just her roommate after all.

Cassandra frowned at the screen curiously. "Why?" she eventually asked.

"Uh, well, it's sort of for my boyfriend." she said, looking down. "Guys like that sort of thing."

"Most stuff from Victoria's Secret is." said Meg. "Doesn't bother me too much since it's my favorite color."

"So... you wear this sort of thing for your boyfriend because he'll like it?" Cassandra wanted to make sure she understood all this. At least as well as she could.

"Pretty much." she said. She knew it sounded silly when it was said out loud. "I mean, I want to do it. Cause, you know, I get good stuff out of it too."

Cassandra considered that, then nodded. "Makes you happy to make someone else happy," she suggested. That was something she could understand.

"Yeah." she said, nodding. "The less clothes the better. Not that I'm advocating that sort of thing. At least not until you're sure it's the right guy and stuff."

God, even she found it hard to believe this time last year she was the most virginal person in the school.
